• They are helical and worm gear reducers with 90° between the input and output axis.
• There are body options with a foot and body connection.
• The body has a rigid structure and is suitable for heat transfer.
• System strength calculations are made in accordance with ISO, DIN, and NIEMANN standards.
• Different input options can be offered (Motor coupled, IEC, PAM, W, Servo motor connected, ...).
• Different output options can be offered (Shaft output, Hollow spindle, Conical compression, ...).
• Different connection accessories are available (B5 flange, B14 flange, Torque arm, ...).
• The bodies can be produced as spheroid (GGG 40-50) and gray (GG 20-25).
• Helical gears are made of forged and 21NiCrMo2, screws are made of 16MnCr5 cementation steel, and wheels are made of CuSn12 Ni2-C bronze.
• High-quality bearings and sealing elements are used.
